STAY VIBRANT WITH A BALANCED APPROACH TO YOUR HEALTH

  • When was the last time you gave your whole body a break to reset and rebalance itself?

  • How much care do you think your body deserves on a physical, emotional and spiritual level?

  • What does it need to keep its vibrancy, its happiness and its strength?

I have personally witnessed how powerful the combination of alternative therapies can have in supporting the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of a person.

My approach to Clinical-hypnosis has developed over two decades of practice within the alternative therapy field, using modalities such as colonic hydrotherapy, Aromaflexology based on the 5 Elements Philosophy, Nutrition and Live Blood Analysis.

I had a broad interest in the connections between experience, perception, and healing.

While the connection between the body and mind is widely recognized, recent advances in neurobiology have begun to unravel the complex relationship between the gut, our sense of safety, and past traumas, whether significant or subtle.

The toolkit I have put together in rebalancing one's health goes beyond supporting gut health. It offers a profound insight in exploring how we RELEASE, LET GO, and INTEGRATE the past with the present.

These three principles are central to mindfulness and healing, making my approach unique to support the neurological processes that underlie our healing. Therefore from the very core of our being, it allows the connection to our authentic-self.

There is inside you
All of the potential
To be whatever you want to be;
All of the energy
To do whatever you want to do.
Imagine yourself as you would like to be,
Doing what you want to do,
And each day, take one step
Towards your dream.
And though at times it may seem too
difficult to continue,
Hold on to your dream.
One morning you will awake to find
That you are the person you dreamed of,
Doing what you wanted to do,
Simply because you had the courage
To believe in your potential
And to hold on to your dream.
