What is R.E.B.T

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is an early, action-focused approach within cognitive-behavioral therapy created by Albert Ellis in 1955. It suggests that emotional and behavioral problems stem from irrational beliefs rather than the events themselves.

 

The method works by helping you recognize, challenge, and replace these beliefs with more rational thinking to support better mental well-being.

The process and fees of R.E.B.T 

At your initial consultation, we will go through your medical history as well as your lifestyle habits before I can explain on how the process will unfold.

After six sessions, you will be able to move forward feeling more confident in your approach at dealing with emotional regulation. 

Sessions are usually scheduled weekly to fortnightly. This will allow you to learn and apply REBT techniques throughout this process.

60mins follow-up: £120

Block of 6 follow-ups: £690
